Portraits - Family, Kids, Infants, Pregnancy, Engagements - On location.

            We do all our photography at your home or other chosen location.  We believe that this maximizes the comfort level and makes the sessions enjoyable, relaxed and more unique.  This also allows us to capture not only natural looking traditional style portraits, but also candid moments in an environment you’re familiar with. 
For our sessions in your home, our creative session fee is $200.  This includes the portrait session, the preparation of your photos for print, and one more meeting to preview and select the prints you wish to buy.  With the cooperation of the weather, we can attempt to capture images both indoors and outdoors.  These sessions generally last an hour to an hour and a half, and will include as many images as the photographer is able to capture (at their discretion).  Generally, we can allow for one or two outfit changes, depending on time.  If you wish to add more outfit changes or time to your session, it can be added on at the rate of $100 a hour. 
For our sessions at a location you choose, our creative session fee is $300.  This includes the portrait session, the preparation of your photos for print and one more meeting to preview and select the prints you wish to buy.  The extra expense for this type of session is to provide a little extra time to scout the location and allow for extra time to shoot.  These sessions are generally at a local park or other outdoor location which can be wide open expanses or several different locations within waking distance.  Generally, these sessions can last as long as two or two and a half hours, and will include as many images as the photographer can capture (at their discretion).  Depending on the location and the availability of facilities, we may or may not be able to accommodate wardrobe changes.  If you wish to purchase more time for these sessions, extra time is available for $100 an hour.  At the chance of inclement weather, the shoot can be rescheduled for outdoor sessions.  If there are locations indoors during inclement weather, then we will take full advantage until we can venture outdoors.
A third option available would be a double location session.  This would include two sessions scheduled for both home and/or outdoor locations.  Scheduled to maximize time, or diversify the images you wish captured, these sessions can be a mix of both of the above sessions, or two days of one or the other.  Including all of the above about the sessions, these double sessions are available for $475.  And if for some reason you wish to have more sessions, we’ll attempt to accommodate.  Pricing discussed at time of booking for these sessions.

Portraits - Pets, Animals, Livestock - On Location

            Similar in nature to our People Portraits, our Animal Portraits are all location based.  This is especially wonderful for your pet as they are familiar with their surroundings and this allows them to act more naturally during the sessions.  We want your pet to be as comfortable and relaxed as possible, to maximize the time we spend shooting their portraits.  We require an adult master of the animals to be on hand for all portrait sessions.
These sessions will run generally the same to our People Portrait sessions.  However, due to the extra time required to observe and allow for acclimation between the photographer and your pet, each session is divided between three meetings.  The first meeting will be at your home to get to know your pet (generally about an hour), the second will be the actual shoot (same time frame as above), and the third will be the meeting to view and choose images for prints.  Prices also include the preparation of your images for print.

            In Home sessions:  $275
            Outdoor Location session: $375
            Double session:  $550

            These sessions can include people in the shoot at no extra charge, without any change in wardrobe, and with time permitting.  As always, extra time can be purchased at $100 an hour.  In the event that the animal you wish to have photographed is housed at another location (i.e. stable, kennel, wildlife preserve, zoo) these may be counted as an In Home session, depending on location and travel requirements.

            Our prints and enlargements are processed through an independent photo lab with whom we have built a solid relationship.  This is so we can entrust your images to professionals who will provide the quality you deserve.  Please allow two weeks for delivery.  Pricing for prints and enlargements are as follows:

            As a special product offering, we have added gallery wraps to our product line.  These wonderful prints are made on canvas, and then stretched onto a specialty wood frame.  Ready to hang on the wall immediately, these pieces are a wonderful way to showcase your portraits.  Available sizes and prices include:

Image review meetings

            After your session, the photographer will spend time reviewing and editing the images captured during your session.  At the image review meeting, the photographer will present you with the best images captured (called Photographer’s Choice).  We will not be providing every image captured, as this could be rather extensive.  We wish to provide the best possible look for your portraits, and thus will limit the selection.  At this time the client will be able to choose their poses, request special editing or effects, and inquire about special products available.  The photographer will then complete image editing preparing the image for print.

Booking, appointments, prints and payments

            All session fees are due at the time of booking.  This is to ensure your date(s) will be available to you.  Appointments are scheduled to benefit both the client and the photographer.  If a cancellation is necessary, the photographer MUST be notified no later than 3 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE the appointment date.  If the photographer is not notified before 3 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE the appointment date, there will be a cancellation fee/rebooking fee assessed of $50.  This is for any meeting between the client and photographer, including the appointment for viewing images.  Time is valuable for both parties.  In the case of acts of god or severe emergencies, the photographer has the right to consider the circumstances.  In the case of photographer cancellation, the photographer will notify the client as soon as possible, and will attempt to reschedule the client at the earliest possible time.
All print payments are due at the time of placing the order.  During the image review meeting, we will attempt to ensure the exact order you wish to place.  We will then place your order WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS.  This allows for any special editing or effects to be processed on your images, special products created, and final processing to be completed.  This also allows for any additions or cancellations of orders.  If you do wish to add to or cancel an order, it must be done WITHIN THE 2 BUSINESS DAY WINDOW.  Once orders are placed, all orders are final.  If you wish to place additional orders, please contact the photographer to schedule another meeting.
